Procurement Specialist (Shanghai)

We are now looking for an experienced and innovative procurement specialist to join supply chain team at Shanghai APAC head office.
What we offer:
? Handle Purchase order from purchasing order place to the goods receive and payment cleaning.
? Cooperate with sourcing function to shorten vendor’s lead time and optimize payment term.
? Support manufactories and planning function to handle purchase plan smartly.
? Consolidate data and information to support planning reports and decision.
? Support regional procurement function to optimize the procurement process
? Work with finance, logistics, sourcing for cost saving.
? Implement global procurement process improvement projects.

 What you need:
? 3-5 years working experience in procurement order handling
? Well knowledge of import/export Custom clearance operation in China (cross countries are preferred)
? Strong communication skill in written & spoken English.
? Good attitude as a team player.
? Good Excel is MUST
? SAP skill is necessary
