职位描述：
1.美术等相关专业大学本科以上学历；
2.具备5年以上广告公司工作经验，并具有同等岗位工作经验，有服务于国内知名广告公司经验者优先。
3.拥有深厚的创意及指导功底，对画面光影、色彩等有较强的理解和把握力，具备高亢的创作欲望；
4.具有创意策略能力，丰富的视觉创作经验和独到的审美修养，正确理解和客户需求并将和创意视觉呈现；
5.善于创新、思维活跃，有良好的沟通能力；具备设计、创意团队管理经验，能够保证团队工作产出及产出质量

岗位职责：
1. 具有独到的创意观点，优秀的创意能力，善于发现和发展新的创意和视觉。
2. 有效带领和指导创意团队根据创意简述创作构思出符合客户要求的创意概念。
3. 向客户阐述创意核心理念，解释设计意图，并使客户信服。
4. 与客户保持良好关系以保证创意作品的交付。
5.把握创意方向，平衡创意团队的创意想法，管理并提升创意人员的创意产出与执行。
6.具有敏锐的市场洞察力，良好的线下行销知识和概念，及VI，平面的工作经验；有出色的创意思维、提案能力、流程控制能力、精于管控设计和完稿能力。 举报 分享
