- 负责公司招聘广告发布有效性改进，进行简历初筛和面试，为公司队伍的扩展提供人力资源上的有效支持（包括外籍同事）
- 进行工作绩效的考核和记量（日志及周，月，年度考核）
- 有效观察，积极改善完善公司内部人员管理流程和制度
- 按时有效的完成公司需要执行的绩效考核
- 负责公司和政府相关部门的沟通，负责准备政府要求的相关文件，递交政府的报告
- 高效完成直线经理安排的相关业务工作；
- 建立和组织公司培训课程和相关制度，并不断完善
- 建立公司的人员储备系统
- 能有效和外籍同事进行工作上的沟通，够在与具有不同文化背景的同事良好共事，理解团队的成功就是个人的成功，全力以赴帮助团队达成销售目标
- 能高效快捷的安排好办公室内的行政事务
- 公司为优秀的同事提供良好的晋升途径；

职位要求：
1.男女不限
2. 熟练应用EXCELL、WORD，ppt等各种办公自动化软件；
3. 有人事招聘和绩效考核的经验，
4. 英语听说读写能力强优先
5. 熟悉房地产租赁及销售业务行业特性
6. 思维敏捷，工作主动，有较强的责任心，行事认真、细心；具有良好的团队协作精神；
