职位描述：
Key Areas of Responsibility：
? Daily monitoring of equipment performances and conducting of necessary trouble shooting / countermeasures (break down maintenance) to assure that the targets regarding equipment availability (OPE, down time losses) are met.

? Continuous analysis of equipment performance to define improvement areas (e.g. regarding equipment design, spare parts, maintenance activities, training etc.)

?Lead maintenance group focus on manufacturing equipment performance improve (implement, maintain and improve manufacturing equipment which is reliable/robust and contributing to high OPE and product quality).
?Preparation, execution, analysis and improvement of preventive maintenance activities.

? Management of mechanical machine/equipment documentation.

? Supports in case of quality issues by conducting equipment related root cause investigations, identifying and implementation of corrective actions for equipment.

? Development and execution of proper training programs for all mechanical equipment to maintain a high level of technical equipment knowledge in the organization. Training of all relevant people in his organization (operator, setter, engineers).
Job Requirements & Skills

? Education: College graduate or above in engineering, electronics, machinery, automotive
? At least 5 years working experience, preferably in similar industries.
? Able to lead maintenance group
? Able to lead improvement activities/projects in close cooperation with production and process.
? Experienced with using the tools for problem solving.
? Experienced with TPM/Lean working area
? Good communication skills (English and Chinese)
? Detailed technical competences and experiences in highly automated processes equipment (in-line manufacturing equipment, Siemens machine controls, vision systems, sensors etc.).
? Experiences in Automotive environment preferable

? Accurate and delivers quality results based on a strong Quality-mind-set
? Can work well in teams, good co-operation with others.
? Likes to spend time directly on the production floor / at the machines.
? Capable to operate and communicate on different levels in the organization.
