岗位职责：
？负责对各领域新闻、自媒体稿件优质内容进行挑选、推送和编辑工作；
？负责监控页面，承担流量考核任务；
？根据当日热点事件和热点自媒体作者，调整热点信息流的内容权重；
？根据突发事件、节日、节气、重大会议，制作专题策划。
职位要求
？本科以上学历，中文、新闻、媒体相关专业优先，2年以上工作经验。有门户或同类平台内容首页值班编辑经验者优先；
？兴趣爱好和知识储备广泛，对各领域内容都有一定了解，能同时负责多领域内容者优先；
？有扎实的中文功底、良好的汉语语感，表达叙述能力出众，有较强的新闻敏感性；
？性格踏实、学习能力强，能接受早、晚班值班或周末轮班。 举报 分享
