职位描述：
We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized assistant with interest in business to assist in the handling of various administrative and financial tasks for General Manager.
This will be a challenging role and needs someone who is always two-steps ahead. A sound knowledge and experience with administration and finance will be valued.
TYPICAL ACTIVITIES:
? Perform general administrative duties including calendar maintenance, travel arrangements, and expense filings, etc.
? Assist in business operations including creating and reviewing contracts, generating meeting minutes, creating financial reports, creating presentations.
? Represents the executive in interactions with internal and external parties.
? Provides information to senior executive team and managers on pending matters, special projects and assignments and a variety of other matters.
? Follows-up and tracks action items for the executive.
 CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:
? At least 3 years related working experience of foreign enterprise.
? Independent, self-motivated, able to work well under pressure and meet tight time-lines.
? Strong with judgment, interpersonal communication and coordination skill.
? Good command of English in reading, writing and listening.
? Financial background preferred.
