Position: Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:
？ Work closely to manage and exceed customer expectations.
？ Drive key learning methodologies and best-practice in synchronous and asynchronous training.
？ Recommend appropriate instructional method(s) based on content analysis and proposal.
？ Own the instructional integrity of a course.
？ Work with the principle Subject Matter Expert to analyze, map and document production processes.
？ Drive the digital projects and make sure they are perfectly executed
？ Manage last minute changes, unexpected events and clients’ feedbacks.
？ Set up then execute necessary actions.
？ Check goals achievement and produce activity reports for management and clients

？ Be organized, creative and energetic
？ Enjoy challenges
？ Excellent communication, writing, comprehension, and visualization skills
？ Attention to detail
？ A keen eye for design and interest in video and or photography
