职位描述：
Mainly Responsibilities:
根据计划，制定采购订单，并跟单管理
Release PO based on the plan and follow up
- 保证采购件质量安全可靠，供货及时
Ensure the purchase parts be delivered as schedule with certified quality
- 供应商考核管理，账单核对及付款处理
Manage the performance of supplier (OTD, payment terms, quality, service etc) and manage the payment
- 和质量协同合作处理质量交付问题,
Together with quality department to deal with quality and delivery issues
- ERP采购系统的维护以及产品资料的更新维护
Maintaining data base in ERP purchasing module
- 评估，发展潜在的合格供应商
Assess and develop potential capable suppliers
- 供应商报价分析，价格谈判及合同管理
The analysis to the quotation from suppliers and negotiate with suppliers, contract management
- 上级主管临时要求的其他工作
Other work assigned by supervisor temporarily


Requirements:
- 大专及以上，机械类、电子类专业毕业
College degree or above, major in mechanical engineering, or electronic engineer
- 3年以上磁材/塑料等原材料及模具采购工作经验
Above 3 years purchasing working experience about magnet, plastic parts, etc. raw material and plastic mold purchasing.
- 熟悉操作Navision ERP系统的 优先考虑
Be familiar with Navision ERP is prefer
