POSITION PURPOSE:

Under the direct lead of CI Leader, to be responsible for quality control of the company’s assembly parts, raw material and molding parts. Maintain and Continuously Improve company ISO9001 / ISO 14001 QMS/EMS; Implement Internal Audit and Management Review and receive external audit.
在持续改进组长的领导下，负责公司原材料，装配线，注塑零件等的质量管控。负责维护和持续改进公司的质量管理体系ISO9001和环境管理体系ISO14001, 执行内审，管理评审和接待外部审核。

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. B.S./B.A. Degree in engineering/science discipline
大学本科或以上工程等相关专业。
2. 5+ years Quality Engineer experience of an international manufacturing company.
5年以上外企质量工程师经验。
3. Good Command of English both in Writing and Oral.
良好的英语读写能力。
4. Experience with quality control of assembly parts.
精通装配件的质量控制。
5. Experience with SPC, Control Plan, FMEA.
精通SPC, Control Plan, FMEA。
6. Experience with ISO9000:2015 & ISO14001:2015
精通ISO9000 ISO9000:2015 & ISO14001:2015
7. Good leadership skills and a good team player.
良好的领导能力和团队意识。
8. Ability to use Ms-office, Lotus notes, ERP like Oracle.
会操作Ms-office如Excel, Outlook，以及Lotus notes, ERP诸如Oracle等。


ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Maintain & Continuously Improve the ISO9001&ISO14001 system; Implement Internal Audit & Management Review and receive external audit.

Manage & Continuously Improve Company’s Document Control System;
管理和持续改进公司的文件系统

Edits the QC flow chart. Responsible product inspection standard
编制QC流程图。负责制定检验标准

Manages assembly and plastic process inspection, final inspection, outgoing inspection.
管理组装和注塑过程检验，最终检验，出货检验。
负责与美国在产品标准上的沟通。

Responsible customer compliant ,Acts and validates the correction and prevention.
负责客户投诉，实施和验证纠正和预防措施。

Manages, Calibrates and maintains the test equipment and the check gage.
管理，校验和维护测试设备和检查的量具。

Audits and evaluates the Shanghai facility vendor quality.
审核和评估上海工厂供应商的质量和环境评估。

Training quality knowledge for operators and QC
对操作工和检验员培训质量知识。

Disposes the non-confirming parts.
不良品的处理。

Ensure 5S of the QC area.
确保QC区域的5S。

Environment inspect and measurement / Decision on External Communications on Significant Aspects
环境的检测和测量/与外部相关方的环境信息交流

Performs all other duties as assigned.
