POSITION OVERVIEW:
You’re the solider that’s going to be out and about helping us to build relationships with partner gyms, getting their trainers and gyms signed up and collaborating with us. You’re a natural deal maker, who thrives with a goal in mind and is capable of working independently to get the job done. You will report to our training and certification manager.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Recruit Gyms – source and recruit gyms based on criteria set and standards set, encourage gyms to partner and pay for certification and affiliation.
? Recruit trainers - source and recruit trainers based on criteria set and standards set, encourage gyms to partner and pay for certification and affiliation.
? Support gyms in optimising performance – help gyms to improver their performance across
~ 1 on 1 sessions
~ Group classes
~ Training camps and white collar boxing training
? Support trainers in optimising performance - help gyms to improve their performance across
~ 1 on 1 sessions
~ Group classes
~ Training camps and white collar boxing training
? Cross-sell further certifications, equipment and marketing opportunities
? Troubleshoot, feedback, support and foster relationships with portfolio of trainers and gyms meet quarterly performance targets
REQUIRED SKILLS:
? A passion for fitness and a knack for selling.
? Strong analytical skills with acute attention to detail.
? Ability to respect deadlines at times under pressure
? Mandarin speaker is a stong plus

China Sports Promotions is the leading organizer of white collar boxing training and events in the world. Our events engage and educate local communities through our boxing training programs and black tie white collar boxing fight nights. Supported by a reality television show and training application CSP currently expanding its operations all over greater China. Our events take place in Shanghai, Beijing, and Taipei. Collectively we have raised over RMB 2.7 million in donations for charity organizations in China at our white collar boxing events.
We focus on creativity, quality and execution allowing our team to cater to corporate launches and private black tie functions alike. We have unrivalled access to some of the best partners in Asia allowing us to produce high impact, well executed events.
In 2015 we moved into reality television production. The eight episode series called 'White Collar Boxing' aired on Sohu.com in June and received over 8.5 million views. Season 2 broadcast on Youku.com in a live streaming format in 2016 receiving over 20 million views.
