职位描述：

1. Manage and develop suppliers according strategy of GSS SMC.

根据GSS供应链策略管理和开发供应商。

-Evaluate new supplier according technical and commercial requirements.

根据技术和商务要求评估新的供应商。

-Develop existing suppliers to improve continuously.

开发现有供应商,使之持续改善。

2. Lead and control the whole process of the new projects, inlude requirements clarification, RFQ, sample PO, ramp PO.

主导和控制新项目的整个流程，包括澄清产品要求，询价，样品和小批量采购。

3. Monitoring suppliers performance regarding

从以下三个方面管理供应商

-On time delivery (“OTD”)按时交货

-Quality development质量改善

-Cost control.成本控制

5. Other tasks in sourcing team. 采购部门安排的其他任务。

工作时间：做五休二， 周末双休，8:00-16:30
