职位描述：
We target to automotive power semiconductor for our investment and strategy customers, this job:
1. In charge of power discrete product development, including trench MOSFET, SGT, Super Junction MOSFET, IGBT, TVS and SBD.
2.Work including process simulation, device simulation, layout, device characterization, package arrangement, device reliability and qualification.
3. release the product to product engineer with product release procedure.

General requirement:
1. Bachelor degree above, graduated from EE, physics, electrical material science and related field.
2. 3 years work experience in power discrete product design.

Special requirement:
1. Skilled in TCAD software, such as Silvaco Taurus or Sentaurus.
2. Skilled in device characterization instruments, such as B1505, HP4155, HP8753D and HP4284.
3. Basic knowledge in semiconductor process flow of power discrete. 举报 分享
