One of China's leading financial information companies is seeking a Senior Account Manager to manage relationships with institutional investors in Hong Kong, Singapore and Australia. You will understand your client's information needs and show them how CapitalVue can meet and exceed them.
What you have now.....
You have experience selling to financial institutions with solid contacts in place
You have knowledge of finance and financial information products
Strong drive for new business, as well as looking after your existing accounts, up-selling and cross-selling
What you'll do.....
You will be handed a solid list of leads and existing clients to manage
You will bring existing contacts with you - you nurture your relationships
Win new business by actively discovering new leads and following them through to closure
Use your communication skills to respond to client questions and negotiations

Responsibilities:
* Be responsible for managing relationships with current and potential clients throughout Hong Kong, Singapore, and Australia
* Trains users in group or individual settings on the CapitalVue Platform, creating and updating detailed financial models, and generating ideas for potential improvements to the CapitalVue Platform.
* Be responsible for continually looking for ways to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships.
* Communicate effectively with clients to identify needs and evaluate alternative solutions and strategies.
* For the Account Manager position, CapitalVue prefers to hire professionals with financial services experience.
* Experience working with or selling similar products to investment research, investment banking, money management or financial consulting fields is a plus. Professionals will find that CapitalVue provides a challenging and flexible environment, which rewards entrepreneurial thinking and team collaboration.
* Ensure that we consistently deliver superior technical solutions to clients.
Qualifications include the following:
* Bachelors degree required
* Direct experience working with the financial markets
* Fluency in English. Other Asian language skills including Mandarin and Japanese is a plus
* Extensive contact network in the financial services industry throughout Asia
* Excellent analytical capabilities including financial modeling
* Direct sales skills requested, including cold calling and email marketing skills
* Ability to perform under pressure in time-critical situations
* Ability to communicate with clients in a clear manner and strong presentation skills
* Established relationship building and time management skills
* Ability to develop comprehensive recommendations in efforts to improve the business
