Mission

1. Site manufacturing manager was authorized to manage all issue linked to QCDM in plant
2. Ensure delivered product satisfying customer's requirements and expectation, and achieving the site plant objectives
3. Ensure establishment and implementation of the VPS in line with V5000

Responsibilities

? Ensure defined plant objectives consistent with group industrial strategy and customer expectation, and ensure implementation of relative action on term of QCDM
? Ensure deployment of plant improvement plan, promote and monitor VPS progress
? Establish, implement, maintenance and periodically evaluate plant management
? Pilot ERIM workstation
? Contribute to site -30 action
---Define the responsibilities for eachplant member. Ensure the resource (human, competency, tools )
satisfying internal and external requirements on term of QCDM
---Manage recruitment, training and coaching of plant team
---Train and coach plant team
---Make the safety, environment, health, ethic in line with group industrial strategy and regulation
---Make sure the investment plan in line with new capacity and new project demand
---Make sure the plant facility and production line in line with customer and internal demand
---Make sure the delivery in line with customer requirement
---Make sure the labor efficiency in line with division target
---Make sure the TLR CLR result in line with internal and external requirement and expectation
---Review on gemba at least 2 hours per working day, to ensure all operation come back to standard
---Safety,5S, monitor engineering activity in plant
---Rolling check each APU on 5S audit WI audit, safety audit, PFMEA audit, QCDM board
---Pilot daily plant QRQC, OJT in APU and line QRQC on daily rolling basis each APU
---Pilot QRMC daily
---Pilot the MPS weekly, and involve in SIOP monthly


English at acceptable level, otherwise PG can not pass. This person will potentially as plant manager once we were awarded new business soon.
.Age: from 32 to 40 years old.
.Engineer education background.
.Willing to locate as longer time in Zhengzhou. We don't want to change every year.
.Automotive industrial preferred.
