Missions:
With a regular link with the Financial Controller you will be in charge of all the basics accounting tasks:
- Payments run: collect and prepare the invoices for the payments;
- Tax declaration (VAT, income tax, custom duty),VAT invoice purchase;
- Review and arrange financial and operational transactions: documents, records, bank statement and reports to obtain facts and verify accuracy;
- Physical inventories and fixed assets counting;
- Internal control assistance: prepare payroll, fixed assets, inventories, purchase, sales and closing supporting;
- Work with SSC (Shared Service Center) regarding invoice scan and payment preparation;


You will also be a key person for the improvement of the reporting process by working with the management of the company on different and interesting assignments:
- Involved budget construction
- Involved P&L closings and reestimates
- Involved yearly update of selling prices
- Involved monthly business analysis (key performance indicators)
- Involved improvement of management control through a close follow up of accounting
- Involved monthly reporting (sales, margin, stock)

Required skills:
- Specialization in corporate finance and accounting, a previous experience in Corporate Finance is preferred;
- Fluent English required, French is a plus;
- Computer literacy is essential (Excel, Word), SAP experience is an asset;
- Sun YAT-SEN and Guangdong University of Foreign Study graduate is appreciated;
- With good team sprit and can work under pressure;
