职位描述：
Act as the assistant to the sales personnel to handle the daily ordering cases, be the bridge between the customer and the

internal colleagues in the production and supply chain function.

1. Effectively handle the common enquiries from the customers including the potential clients from overseas with feedback.

2. Achieve the smooth information flow between the distributors/direct key accounts and the logistics /production colleagues.

3. Conduct the sales module of the ERP system and monitor the payment situation of the customers as the daily business.

4. Set up the data base of the orders in the office.

5. Edit the weekly and monthly sales summary for the management review and action planning.

6. Prepare the monthly/weekly pick up forecast according to the confirmation from the distributor and customer coordinate with supply chain colleagues and customer.

7. Follow the payment status of the customers and coordinate with the Finance Dept. of 3ACSH for the on time payment collection.

 任职要求：

1. Bachelor background, having related working experience will be preferred
