职位描述：
Job Summary岗位概况:
This position is responsible for entire operation of filter bag plant. Main function includes planning, team management, production, equipment maintenance and health and safety issues.

Duties and Responsibilities岗位职责和责任:

1. Arrange overall daily manufacturing and process control.
2. Responsible for all kinds of production orders, develop and execute manufacturing planning and supervise the plant’s manufacturing operations.
3. Review manufacturing process and procedures, productivity, costs and quality, to coordinate the execution of manufacturing schedules based on related departments’ requirements.
4. Benchmark and adopt best practices to drive improvements of manufacturing environment and health and safety management, including manufacturing order, disciplines, EHS, etc.
5. Make annual budget, supervise expense of product line operations, control manufacturing cost and accomplish business goals and budget.
6. Analyze reports on manufacturing capability and capacity, quality control, equipment maintenance, etc. to find and resolve the problems.
7. Responsible for daily plant management, assess and develop personnel, manage performance, training, etc.
8. Other duties as assigned

Education, Experience, Skills and Abilities Required for Consideration as a Candidate:
职位候选人必须具有的教育背景、工作经验、技能和能力
(If a degree is required it must be from an accredited institution)

Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering, Mechanical or related field is preferred
5 - 10 years relevant work experience in global manufacturing companies, At least 5 years production management experiences with significant knowledge in Lean, EHS
Lean project, Lean management experience would be a plus.
Excellent interpersonal skills, strong coordination ability and organizational management capabilities
