职位描述：
Essential Requirements：
- Minimum Bachelor's degree majored in electric or electromechanical.
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in harness / cable business and technical sales in electric engineering with preference to “automotive” electrics. Technical knowledge about electric / hybrid vehicle, charging system, powertrain engines, electrical harness, transformers, motors etc. is preferred.
- Good commercial capabilities and business attitude (able to understand sales aspects like quotes, reply to RFQ, lead times, etc.)
- Understanding of ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems is necessary, knowledge of TS16949 is essential.
- Knowledge and competence in Microsoft Office software and Auto CAD
- Good English language skills (written and spoken)

Main Tasks:
- Coordinate customer enquiries and projects at a technical level within Huber+Suhner to reach customer requirements
- Provide technical solution and cost information on new products and projects
- Coordinate with global application engineering team when required
- Visit customers with Account Managers to establish relationships at appropriate levels when requested
- Advise Customers with improvements based on our knowledge of cable and connectivity solutions
- Analyse Customer complaints for wire and cable according to GMS process (CATS)
- Support the Quality Assurance in exceptional situation to solve customer complaints
- Achieve sales targets and budgets as agreed with management
- Seek new sales opportunities with new and existing customers
- Expand and maintain customer base with Account Managers
- Advise management of events and status of customers and market situations
- Maintain vigilance on Competitor’s products in the target markets
- Provide a written monthly report of activities and following months actions
- Ensure TS, IRIS and GMS processes are followed and collaborate with continual improvement programs
