Job Scope
You will mainly implement recruitment, training, and C&B functions. By taking role of recruitment, you need to fulfill hiring tasks according to internal customers’ requirements. In order to enhance hiring efficiency, you need to support hiring department (internal customers) to develop hiring strategy, and test tools to verify candidates fitting to our organization. You will also take responsible for training placement according to our business needs and talent development. To support HRM in creating competency module, define career development and training requirements.
Responsibilities
According to hiring requirement, screening candidates and interview with hiring department. You will mainly focus on Engineer and specialist level hiring needs.
By taking role of HR business partner, you need to support hiring department to create efficiency talent selection tools.
Take responsible for monthly payroll calculation and annual salary summary, make sure your calculation is correct and you should have confidential sense.
You should responsible for training arrangement and placement, include orientation and development training.
Support HRM in launching HRIS.
Other duties assigned by HRM.
Requirement
Bachelor or above degree.
6 years above related experience, at least 3 years’ experience in recruitment function.
Electronics or industrial background, having experience in supporting factory operation.
Proficient in English speaking and written.
Proficient in MS office.
Very good official writing ability.
