职位描述：
1. Drafting or reviewing contracts, agreements and other legal documents, while providing proposal for those significantly defective.
2. Mataining the group's trademarks' legal affairs, like their application, management, supervise, disputes, strategy development, as well as be in charge of the external firms' hiring, cooperating negotiation and periodic evaluation.
3. Enhancing the group's legal system, especially from a risk control perspective.
4. Participating in the legal due diligence (DD) of investment & financing projects of the group, providing its legal DD reports. Participating in the investment-risk-assessment of the group's Investment Committee.
5. Giving professional legal researchment or advice which targeted to the group's legal challenges.
6. Taking part in the group's significant business negotiation, while giving submissions is required or necessary.
7. Commucating with external legal service agencies, assisting for various kinds of the lawsuits's process the group meets, making a periodic evaluation for their performance. 举报 分享
