职位描述：
Ativities for this position:
1 负责费用账户和税务账户
Responsible for expenses accounting and tax accounting
2 支持审核请款单和差旅报告申请单
Back-up for check payments requisition and travel reimbursement applications
3 支持外汇管理局上的外币申报
Back-up for SAFE declaration for foreign currency payments
4 完成逐日的税务工作, 包括增值税、企业所得税、营业税、代扣代缴的税和出口退税。
Deal with day by day taxes work, including VAT, EIT, stamp tax, withholding tax, tax refund.
5 支持月年的纳税申报和确认所有税务事项（企业所得税、个税等），包括一些优惠政策
Back-up for monthly and yearly tax filling and make sure about accuracy of all taxation affairs (EIT, IIT, etc.), including suggestion and support to evaluate potential favorable policy for the company
6 准备每月的报告，“部门费用表”、“佣金明细表”、“员工借款明细表”、“预提费用明细表”、“待摊费用明细表”、“其他应付明细表”、“其他应收明细表”等
Prepare every month reports for “department expenses“, “Commissioning“, “Advance to employees“, “Accrued expenses“, “Prepaid expenses“, “Other payable“, “Other receivable“, etc.
7 月结（包括审核成本核算）
End of month closing (including check costs with G/L accounts)
8 准备中国的月财务报告，根据当地的企业会计准则
Prepare Chinese monthly financial report, according true and fairness of Local IFRS rules.

9 核实固定资产的申请表和清单，并录入SAP系统
Fixed Assets record in SAP, verification for application and Inventory activities.

10 负责每年审计的审核工作
Responsible for Collaborate for Audit annual check-up
11 审核公司的官方文件和保险合同的到期时间，及时更新清单和每年的年检
