Job Description
A Document Ooperator is the link between Merchandiser and Shipping and Finance department. You must insure to get the right document wll complete and provide it to the right person. You should control the document flow and insure that no document is missing
Major Job Duties:
1. Collecting booking information
Supplier's invoice, PO, Packing list, Guarantee Letter if needed
2. Ensuring the correct information flow
3. Ensuring that document are checked and completed
4. Ensuring that document are sent to the right person on time
