职位描述：
1. Transfer products arrangement to the third party warehouse company after importation, clearance and CIQ, then reporting to Supply Chain Manager.
2. Track and coordinate on the importation shipments with relevant parties to solve the problems and ensure effective communications.
3. Monitoring and coordinating ordering and deliveries among logistics suppliers; Solve daily complaints or disputes which might occur from deliveries, discrepancies, products qualities.
4. Check logistic bill to ensure the accuracy of the logistics cost per month.
5. Provide logistics cost trend chart to Supply Chain Manager.
6. Systems data entry, master data maintenance and backup, such as receiving form, transfer form.
7. Monitor and control the third party warehouse product returns, product dispatch FIFO (first in first out) and warehouse stock take.
8. According to the inventory level and sales to forecasting and transfer products to LF Swire warehouse.
9. Provide slow-moving products reports and surplus inventories to Supply Chain Manager, and recommend appropriate action.
10. According to the reports from Swire to Provide Obsolete request form to Supply Chain Manager weekly.
11. Ensure the third party warehouse company follow the procedure and solve customer complaints and problems.
