职位描述：
工作职责：
1. 研发、编写中小学理工实践课教案
2. 确保教研方向及内容符合公司要求，研发成果具有可应用性。
3. 学习掌握国际最新教育体系、理念及教学方法。
4. 与团队及公司其他部门沟通了解新的研发需求。
5. 确保研发按公司要求的质量及进度完成。

岗位需求：
1. 具有理工科教育背景。
2. 具有至少2年的中，小学数学、物理、科学、化学等教学经验，具有国际学校教学经验优先考虑。
3. 大学本科以上学位，拥有海外留学背景优先考虑
4. 良好的电脑运用技能，具有精益求精的精神。
5. 良好的沟通能力, 进取心, 自我反思, 积极乐观能力
6. 良好的英语沟通及应用能力。


Job Responsibilities:
1. To plan, develop, and create science teaching materials and lesson plans for age 6-12
2. To review all materials and edit as needed, making sure they meet the company’s student-centered teaching philosophies and methods.
3. To research and stay ahead of the latest educational science theories and practices.
4. To support Academic research department in presenting ABIE’s educational products.
5. To ensure that all projects are completed on schedule.

Requirements:
1. good in English language
2. At least two years teaching experience, with Mathematics, Science and/or English
3. Bachelor’s degree or above in Education and/or Science majors
