职位描述：
岗位职责/Job Responsibility：
1、负责为新产品/项目开发测量用检具、量具和工装；
     Responsible for new product/project development measuring submit, measuring equipment and tooling;
2、负责检具、量具供应商的开发、评估和管理；
     Responsible for measuring equipment supplier development,evaluation and management;
3、负责为测量设备、检具、量具做测量能力分析并制定定期标定、检验计划及实施；
     Responsible for measuring equipment,detection tools,measuring tools do measurement capability analysis and make　
regular calibration,inspection plan and implementation;
4、给予其他部门测量、检测方面的支持；
     To other department survey,testing support;
5、负责检具的设计方案评审和批准；
     Responsible for Gauge design review and approval;
6、负责对检具的验收、维护和验证；
     Responsible for Gauge acceptance maintenance and validation;
7、负责制定相应的使用操作规范，并培训员工正确操作；
     Responsible for the development of the corresponding operation rules, and training to staff the correct operation;
8、负责日常检具使用情况的监管；
      Responsible for daily check usage regulation;
9、完成上级领导安排的其他工作。
     Other tasks assigned by supervisor.

岗位要求/Job Requirements：
1、大专以上学历/机械电子或相关专业；
      Above college with major in mechanical/electronic or related;
2、具备乘用车内饰件，外饰件和功能件的相关知识；
      Understading passenger vehicle intrenal , external and function parts knowledge;
3、具备极强的识图能力，熟练掌握GD&T，熟练使用专业图形软件AUTOCAD、CATIA及相关办公软件等；
      Have strong ability to read, mastering GD&T, familiar with professional graphics software AUTOCAD, CATIA and related office software, etc.;
4、英语听说读写熟练；
      Fluent in oral and written English;
5、优秀的组织协调能力、沟通能力和人际关系处理能力。
