职位描述：
岗位概述JOB SUMMARY
该岗位的主要工作职责是贯彻落实公司的质量体系管理政策，监督质量体系的运行，对出现的异常情况进行调查分析，提出整改意见。
The main responsibility of this position is to implement the company's quality system management policy, supervise the operation of the quality system, investigate and analyze the abnormal situation, and put forward suggestions for improvement.

工作内容Responsibilities include:
? 协助质量工程师负责公司ISO体系的实施、运行与监督；
Work with Quality Engineer to be responsible for the implementation, operation and supervision of the ISO system.
? 负责公司质量体系内审/外审工作以及有关体系方面与相关方的联络工作，发现问题并及时改善；
To be in charge of the internal/external audit work of the quality system of the company and to contact the customer in the relevant system, to find out the problem and improve it in time.
? 负责及时报告管理体系的业绩与需改进的建议；
To be responsible for reporting management system performance and improvement suggestions.
? 负责相关文件的编写、修订与发布，监督质量体系文件和记录的管理工作；
To be responsible for the compilation, revision and release of relevant documents, to supervise the management of quality system documents and records.
? 对公司相关人员进行质量管理体系的知识培训和宣传；
Deliver knowledge training of quality management system for Armor employees.
? 负责计量器具管理；
To be responsible for the monitor and calibration of measuring tools.
? 其他部门主管安排的工作任务。
Other assignment as required by immediate supervisor.

专业技能及岗位要求COMPETENCY OR POSITION REQUIREMENTS
? 精通ISO9001:2015质量体系，并有内审员资格证书；
Master of ISO9001: Quality system of 2015, with internal auditor qualification certificate.
? 能独立编写各类程序文件及推行体系运行；
Be able to write all kinds of program files and carry out system operation independently.
? 具备熟练的电脑操作技能，尤其要求精通EXCEL, WORD和Outlook；
Excellent computer skill, especially EXCEL, WORD and Outlook.
? 具备优秀的沟通协调能力；
Good communication and coordination skill.
? 具备同时处理所需的多任务工作并确保其按时完成的能力；
Capable of working with multiple cases simultaneously and be able to make sure to finish the case timely.
? 优秀的英语阅读及书写能力；
Excellent English skill in reading and writing.
? 具备团队合作精神；
Must be a team player.

教育背景及相关工作经验EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
? 大专及以上学历；
College or above degree
? 两年以上相关工作经验者优先考虑。
2+ year’s relevant working experience.

办公设备EQUIPMENT USED
基础常规办公工具如台式计算机、打印机、扫描仪和传真等。
This position will use a computer with Microsoft Office Software, and other simple office equipment such as printer, copier.
