岗位职责：

1、熟悉五金工具，及供应商开发；有其他产品经验者佳

2、收集相关产品市场资讯，国外客访准备与后续工作；

3、回复日常客户询价与产品问题，操作与维护现有订单，样品室陈列维护；

4、评估供应商，符合公司价格、质量、供应时间和可靠性标准

5、催样、催货等与供货工厂的日常接洽，监督货物的质量和时间，跟进采购订单进度，确保按时交货率和平均交货周期达成公司目标，与内部客户沟通订单进度

6、完成主管交付其他的工作任务。

Screen and pre-select potential suppliers through a Request For Information (RFI) in order to establish a shortlist of suppliers to include in the RFP process.

Help build and manage Request For Quotation (RFQs)

Support supplier quality audits

Analyse supplier responses to RFQs and help develop negotiation strategies

Support the market studies of purchasing projects in China/Asia

Negotiations with suppliers

Participate in recommendations about which supplier(s) to select

Help manage clients' POs Support QC at supplier factory

Business trips are expected.

任职要求：

1、大专及以上学历，国贸或相关专业尤佳；

2、具有五金工具制造或开发经验或从事国际贸易相关工作经验优先考虑；

3、熟练使用office各办公软件；

4、有较强的工作热忱，个性成熟稳定，具抗压能力，遇事变通能力佳，有良好的沟通能力，操守廉洁正直。

Academic background: University degree

A recognized qualification in procurement would be considered an asset

Experience: Some professional experience (previous internships) in sourcing or procurement, preferably working for a global organization

Language skills: Proficiency in Chinese and English is essential.

PC skills: High proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Photoshop…
