Job Responsibilities:
1. General accounts receivable functions including customer invoices, receipt payments, deposits, follow up on delayed or non-payments
2. General accounts payable functions for all related expenses
3. Bank and Account Reconciliations on daily/monthly basis as necessary
4. Assist in month-end reporting procedures
5. Perform general bookkeeping and general administrative tasks
6. Interface with tax bureau
7. Liaise with Third Party Agency if needed
8. reporting and analysis tasks with budgeting
Requirement:
1. 3-4 years accounting experience, preferably as an AR/AP Clerk before
2. Familiar with bookkeeping and basic accounting standards
3. Hands-on with Excel spreadsheet and financial reports
4. Attention to details, high accuracy, well-organized
5. Education: Associates’ Degree in Accounting or equivalent certification. University graduates with accounting major or China CPA is a plus
