主要职责
1. 与工厂及材料供应商联系，确认生产流程效率以及准确性。
2. 监督产品 (家具，灯具)，生产流程并解决问题，控制成本，技术提升，材料提升，品质控管，包装等等。
3. 负责库存管理，确保库存量能正常地支持销售团队。
4. 管理国内外物流。安排物流日程，与物流公司沟通。
5. 监督所有质量相关问题，回报给设计团队，进行产品优化。
6. 擅长团队沟通、客户管理、商品管理、陈列管理，物流配送，熟悉銷售流程的制定执行与改善。
7. 维护与供应商的关系，同时寻找潜在合作伙伴以增加产品市场竞争力，
8. 与管理团队制定产品开发策略，以及生产成本预测计划。
任职要求
1. 大专及以上学历，中英文流利。
2. 三年以上相关工作经验为优先。
3. 较强的團隊沟通能力，责任心强，能够承受较大的工作强度和压力，能够独立工作，积极主动。
4. 熟悉办公及设计软件如program CAD, Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, MS Office等。
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1 Communication between factories and suppliers to ensure production process are efficient
2 Supervise production (furniture, lighting) and solve problems, seek for improvements on cost control, skills, sourcing, quality control, packaging…etc
3 Responsible for stock management. Make sure stock level can support sales team healthily.
4 Arrange domestic and international logistic. Set up delivery schedule and coordinate with logistic companies to deliver the products to clients.
5 Supervise all quality issues and collect feedback to design team for future improvements.
6 Maintain relationship with current supplier as well as seek for potential partners to make our products more competitive on the market
7 Support the management team to decide strategy for product development and budget forecast.
REQUIREMENTS
1. University degree or above. Proficient in English and Chinese.
2. Preferably to have relevant working experiences for more than 3 years.
3. Good communication with the team. High sense of responsibility. Can accept intense working rhythm and deal with pressure. Can work independently and actively.
4. Proficient at office software as program CAD, Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, MS Office…etc
