（一）岗位职责：

1、总体负责集团旗下网站群的搜索引擎优化及关键词投放工作；

2、开展搜索引擎的优化研究和分析，制定公司产品SEO规范与实施；

3、管理集团内的搜索引擎关键词广告投放；

4、利用相关工具跟踪分析搜索引擎推广效果，在此基础上不断优化，在计划预算范围内得到最佳效果；

5、持续追踪搜索营销行业相关信息，和团队人员进行分享。

（二）任职资格：

1、5年以上工作经验，有大型互联网公司搜索引擎推广工作经历者优先；

2、熟悉搜索引擎上的关键词广告投放；

3、有网站SEO优化及管理经验，熟悉HTML代码对优化内链和提高外链有相关经验；

4、对数据敏感，具备较强的分析能力，熟练使用Excel,PPT,有较好的文字、数据、图表呈现能力；

5、具备较强的团队管理能力和问题的解决能力。
