Requirements:

2、Over 3 years working experience in accounting field or assurance service, "Big Four" or multinational company's experience is preferred;
3、Strong accounting technique and interest in accounting field, qualification of CPA or ACCA is a plus;
4、Excellent skill in Excel and data mining;
5、Able to solve problems independently;
6、Strong communication skills;
7、Strong ownership and high level of integrity;
8、Able to work under pressure and willing to travel, confident, innovative, optimistic;
9、Excellent verbal and business writing skills both in English (CET 6 is required) and Chinese.

Level 1: Staff Associate
- Accomplish assignments with proactive attitude, reasonable efforts and constructive solutions to team leaders;
- Monitor own time against budget and communicate with team leaders, other team members and clients to provide better services on a timely basis; and
- Proactively seek ongoing development and feedback on performance and respond effectively.
Level 2: Senior Associate
- Work with team manager/partner to determine and implement the most effective approach to accomplish assignments;
- Monitor progress of team members toward completion of work and adjust work plan when necessary, meanwhile, develop strong client relationships to facilitate completion of the assignment ;
- Prepare initial draft of reports for manager’s review and follow up any outstanding issues; and
- Coach less experienced staffs and share knowledge with team members, together with effective feedback, to help qualified staffs grow up quickly.
Level 3: Manager
- Set approach to engagement which makes effective use of team members’ skills and is within budget for assigned component(s);
- Prepare final draft of reports for partner’s review and help the Firm develop a strong client relationship to facilitate completion of the assignments, service fee collection and further business opportunity; and
- Attract, develop, motivate, train and retain group staffs to build up a well-prepared professional team to provide better services to clients.
Level 4: Director
- As a department leader, work with firm partners to further develop SMOUNT people, review current practice to find out more business opportunities which may exist in service quality improvement, good client relationship, creative new products etc.;
- Work with service line managers to propose strategies for business development and client relationship management initiatives; and
- Work with service line managers to develop and implement marketing strategies and translate these into specific goals and activities across the whole marketing, brand, product and communications spectrum - including events, press briefings, hospitality programs, internal and external communications.
Level 5: Partner
- Timely review the current practice of SMOUNT to ensure SMOUNT continuously achieve “Clients’ Satisfaction, Employees’ Satisfaction and other Corporate Social Responsibilities”; and
