Job scope:
A contact center in Shanghai is looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Customer Service Representative for a renowned cosmetic brand. The candidate must have a background/or strong interest in beauty & cosmetics/luxury goods and be able to work autonomously.
The customer service representative will be responsible for handling all inquiries from our prestigious beauty luxury brand clients:
- Answer in an elegant and professional manner to customers phone calls, emails and chats
- Follow up all customer request within specified deadlines to ensure that the brand provides the highest level of customer service in the industry
- Prepare reporting and follow-up KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and SLAs (Service Level Agreements)
In this key role you will be the primary contact for customer inquiries about our client’s products and brand. You will provide information on product availability, price as well as offering our customer general purchase advice.

Education & Experience
- Must be native Chinese bilingual in written and spoken Mandarin (no accent) and English
-Minimum of 2 years experience in Retail / Customer Service / Sales in luxury / airlines / private bank / hospitality industry. Knowledge of stones or movements or sales experience in a boutique is a plus.
-Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office applications and ability to learn new applications quickly
-Able to read and understand a terminal/PC screen and printed reports in English

Requirements
-Quick learner with the ability to absorb extensive information on our brands’ history, product offerings and communications/advertising program
-Demonstrate initiative with the ability to multi-task and detail oriented
-Cheerful, willing to help, pro-active and positive personality
-Polite, strong elocution and outstanding communication skills (written and verbal)
-Ability to stay calm and relaxed in tense situations, and try to help the customer instead of wanting to be “right”
