职位描述：
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead internal audit preparation and planning activities to target key risk areas and ensure the audit assignments are
properly structured and organized.
- Manage internal audit fieldwork, conduct business process reviews and assessments including operational
processes, financial reporting, treasury management, internal controls and IT general controls
- Analyze and structure the key audit findings, identify and highlight the risks areas and the major impacts from the audit
findings, and make clear, constructive and pragmatic recommendations to the local and corporate management
on improvement in operational processes, int ernal controls and financial performance
- Draft audit reports or other deliverables in a professional and structured way of presentation as well as in a timely manner
with minimal revisions required.
- Support the corporate management in monitoring and following up the implementation of all recommended/corrective
action plans with the responsible person(s)
- Monitor the business development projects, and ensure the projects are carried out in full compliance with legal and
company standards
- Assist in developing a functioning internal control system, and establishing or improving corporate’s SOPs, policies
and procedures in finance & accounting，treasury, procurement and IT control as a result of the audits, and share
best practices between different operating units.
- Maintain and contribute to the continuous improvement of the internal audit methodology, processes.
- Perform special projects and other duties.

Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field CPA and/or CIA preferred
5+ years of internal/external auditing experience, either as
- IC/IA manager (2-3 years) at car dealer group or automotive retailing corporation, plus at least 3 years’ experience from
Big 4 audit firm with proven audit experience in automotive business
- Audit manager at Big 4 firm (5+ years), with proven audit experience from auditing of car dealer groups or
automotive retailing business
Solid understanding of PRC-GAAP, IFRS, familiar with Chinese tax and financial and SAFE regulations
Excellent communication and presentation skills, ability to communicate appropriately to all levels of management
