主要职责
1. 为公司各部门和所有员工提供专业化人力资源管理、咨询服务;
2. 为公司各部门招聘、调配适宜的人员;
3. 审核公司所有人员的劳动关系;
4. 审核缴纳、发放薪资福利情况;
5. 协调处理工作中产生的劳资纠纷;
6. 统筹员工的培训,使之具备岗位所需的知识和技能;
7. 审核培训情况、奖惩等事项;
8. 为各部门和所有员工提供人力资源政策、法规、制度上的咨询;
9. 制定一系列的人力资源管理制度并监督各部门的执行情况,使公司拥有完善有效的人力资源政策和管理流程并确保有效实施;
10. 协助建立绩效管理体系,建立一套行之有效的优胜劣汰的激励机制,处理有关绩效管理问题; 审核绩效考核情况,进行绩效考核结果分析,解答绩效考核相关问题等相关绩效管理问题;
11. 领导临时交办的工作。
主要需求
1. 人力资源、公共关系、心理学、管理学或其他相关专业本科学历;
2. 5年以上人力资源管理经验,
3. 接受过人力资源管理、劳动法规、企业管理等方面的培训;
4. 具有很强的沟通协调能力。

Key Responsibilities
1. To provide professional human resource management and consulting services to all departments and all staff of the company;
2. recruitment and deployment of appropriate personnel for all departments of the company;
3. Review all personnel of the company's labor relations management;
4. Review payment, payment of wages and benefits;
5. coordinate and deal with labor disputes arising from the work;
6. to co-ordinate the training of staff, so that the knowledge and skills required to these jobs;
7. Review training, rewards and punishments, etc.;
8. consultation of human resources policies, regulations-system for all departments and all employees;
9. Assist in establishing a series of human resource management system and supervise the implementation of all departments, so that the company has a effective human resources policies and management processes and to ensure effective implementation;
10. Assist in establishing performance management system, establish a set of effective incentive system. deal with the problem of performance management; performance evaluation results analysis, answer questions related to performance appraisal and other related issues related to performance management;
11. Others
Key Requirements
1 Bachelor degree or above in human resources, public relations, psychology, management or other related majors;
2. 5 + years experiences in human resource management,
3 received training in human resources management, labor regulations, business management, etc.;
4 strong communication and coordination skills.
