职位描述：
Job Description: to assist senior brokers in JLT Re Shanghai team。

Broking Executive Support Technical Services
- Prepare Treaty Statistics for renewal
- Prepare Slips and Renewal Packages.
- Advise Broker of any improvements and highlight ambiguities on the renewal Slips.
- Send chasers for returned Reinsured/Reinsurers’ Signed Slips.
- Prepare Evidence Of Cover (EOC).
- Tidy up all emails/correspondences and set up/manage the Broking E-Files
- Draft Endorsement/Contract Change
- Chase for Contractual Wordings (when JLT is not the lead), review and clarify with Reinsured on ambiguities before sending to Reinsurer for agreement.

Technical Accounting, to collaborate with Technical Supporting Team to:
- Process billings for XOL MDP and prepare Covering letter enclosing Debit Notes and send out together with EOC.
- Review and check the accuracy of Accounts (SOA) received from Reinsured. Prepare SOA which includes, Portfolio Withdrawal/Entry, Profit Commission, Sliding Scale Commission, Loss Participation. Plus XOL Premium Adjustment. Monitor Cash Calls Refunds
- Timely investigation and resolution of incorrect Accounts received.
- Despatch Covering Letter, Debit/Credit Notes to Reinsured & SOA Reinsurer.
Administration
- Handle queries from Reinsured/Reinsurer and resolved in a timely fashion.
- Collaborate with Finance and Technical Supporting Team to provide a one Stop Solution on Technical issues to Reinsured/Reinsurer.
- Facilitate the Commutation Process between Reinsured and Reinsurer. A lengthy process which includes preparing a list of all contracts, latest finance ledger and an updated outstanding losses from the Reinsured.
- Arrange the meetings, entertainments, and/or market events which JLT Re Shanghai Team involved.

Notwithstanding the above, responsibilities include work that falls outside the scope of Finance, and Technical Supporting Team. 举报 分享
