职位描述：
岗位职责：
1. 负责家电方面的检修维护保养，故障诊断和排除工作；
2. 巡视监测房源家电运行状态并作相关记录，发现问题及时上报有关负责人并及时进行预防性维修；
3. 负责房源内的照明、插座、配电箱的点检维护维修工作；
4. 填写有关记录和维修记录，并进行有效的交接班； 
5. 判断电器是否需要维修或更换，对应成本。
任职要求：
1.初中及以上学历；
2.服从领导安排，认真踏实；
3. 具备空调、热水器等一般家电维修经验；
4. 动手能力强，持高低压电工上岗操作证及变电入网证优先；
5. 具备一定的沟通能力。 举报 分享
