职位描述：
Job Responsiblities:
1. Responsible for region's P&L
1.1 Fulfill the regional sales target;
1.2 Fulfill the regional revenue target;
1.3 Control regional cost;
1.4 Develop regional sales & revenue plan, budgeting, etc;
1.5 Help local centers to develop corresponding sales & revenue plan, budgeting, etc.

2. Responsible for regional marketing
2.1 Responsible for regional marketing activity, oversee regional marketing manager and the marketing team;
2.2 Help regional marketing plan development and implementation;
2.3 Evaluate marketing manager and marketing team's performance.

3. Operation
3.1 Oversee all the center managers within the region;
3.2 Guarantee the business conduct compliance of all the centers within the region;
3.3 Work with regional HR on FT and Chinese stuff sufficiency;
3.4 Work with regional HR to conduct routine regional training on company basics;
3.5 Organize operating specific training within the region, seeking help from higher management and other regions;
3.6 Help company academic team on curriculum development and FT training, evaluation and management;
3.7 Work with finance department on quick and accurate accounting reports and fillings.

4. Business development
4.1 Assess the possibility of regional business expansion;
4.2 Provide expansion plan, including new center opening, new business model exploration, etc;
4.3 Execute the expansion plan within the region.

5. Leadership
5.1 Help other region's P&L, marketing and other activities if necessary;
5.2 Take initiatives on company's improvement on routine, culture, and other aspects;
5.3 Challenge higher managements on need-to-improve areas and provide solutions;
5.4 Help to train leadership team for other regions;
5.5 Promote high potential leaders within the regions.

Application Requirements:
1. 10-15 years experience within education industry, preferably English training for kids.
2. 5-8 years management experience with a profound understanding of operation, marketing, sales, government policies and regulations regarding non-government funded education.
3. Strong leadership, proven success in business planning, target achievement, public relations building-up, people training and development.
4. Sharp observation, systemic thinking, creative problem-solving, communicating and influencing skills.
5. Fluency and competency in using English in working environment.
6. Proven success in the field of English training for children and teenagers would be a valuable asset. 举报 分享
