职位描述：
1、 完成每月中心指定的课时，完成内外客户满意度
 2、 带领教师团队参与和支援相关销售和市场活动
 3、 制定反馈流程，对每位儿童的英语学习及语言发展和进步给予专业咨询意见
 4、 带领教师团队制作准备中心教具，确保教具材料采购符合中心流程和标准。
 5、 通过听课、收集客户反馈等方式，评估每位老师的教学质量与水平。并且定期召开培训、交流会议，确保每位老师的授课质量能够达到海伦多兰的合格水平，完成团队客户满意度目标。.
 6、 教学流程、教具创新，让学员达到更高效的英语学习和更精彩丰富的学习体验
 7、 带领教师团队完成每月的教学目标，协助中心完成每月招生指标

任职要求：
1、正规大学英语或学前教育相关专业本科以上学历；
2、有良好的英语沟通能力，口语流利，发音标准，能全英文授课；
3、喜欢孩子，个性活泼，开朗外向具有亲和力；
4、有教育行业从业经验者优先。
