职位描述：
工作内容Job Description：
1.安排付款: 国内供应商的货款, 安排支付国内各类费用, 安排外籍员工工资, 安排国外供应商的货款, 安排国外的咨询费，服务费，制板费等
Arrange Payments: Remit deposit/balance to mainland vendors and to supplier，arrange the salary of foreign employee, Remit deposit/balance to overseas vendors, arrange the consulting fee/service fee/plate fee to foreign supplier
2. 负责跟进银行外汇收款，并及时更新系统
Follow the foreign currency receivable, and update the data in the company internal system accordingly
3.各类费用及时录入系统
Key the expenses in the company internal system
4.审核所有员工每个月报销，根据国家相关要求和公司政策
Check employees monthly reimbursement according to the related country requirement and company policy
5.负责银行每个月对账
Verify accounting records
6.负责增值税专用发票的认证与开具
Verify VAT invoice and issue VAT invoice according to related docs
7.外汇国际收支系统的申报
Declare Foreign currency receivable in the SAFE system
8.每个月收集资料交给代账公司，协助代账公司，审计完成相关工作
Monthly assist company’s accounting firm to collect all the accounting doc. for bookkeeping
9. 退税
Apply for tax refund
10.负责办公室的一些行政工作（如外籍员工的就业证，居留许可证，网络电话等）
Help in the administration issues ( ex. work permit, resident permit of foreign employee, office tel )
11.领导安排的其他工作

要求Requirement：
1.大学专科或本科
College or university graduated
2.相关工作经验2-4年在进出口公司或国内财务公司
Two-four years of related experiences in trading company or accounting firm.
3.有国际贸易背景/外贸或会计咨询公司工作经验
International trading background or working in foreign trade or accounting firm
4．了解国际贸易的不同付款方式
Familiar with TT, L/C transferable L/C payment
5. 了解进出口和退税过程
Familiar with export and tax refund process
6. 很好的英语基础
