ROLE职位描述:
The Candidate, under the direct supervision of QC/WH Manager, manages and organizes a QC department focusing on below tasks and responsibilities:
应聘者由仓库/质检经理直接领导，管理和组织质检部门的下列任务及职责：
1.Schedule weekly and monthly plans
2.Manage and coordinate team leaders in order to reach established targets in term of timing, quality and productivity.
3.Keep communication with client to discuss technical issues
4.Take autonomously decision within the range of his/her actions
5.Provide accurate reports to management
1.每周&每月工作安排
2.管理和协调团队领导，已完成工作计划目标，数量及生产计划
3.和客户保持技术问题的沟通
4.根据客户指定要求及范围独立做出判断
5.提供精确的管理报表

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS 知识及技能要求
1.Strong orientation to achieve results.
2.Good English level, both written and spoken.
3.Sound experience in garment industry mainly in relation with quality control processes.
4.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
5.Knowledge of Italian and Chinese will be considered as a plus

3.有服装产业经验，尤其检品流程工作经验
4.具有国际化思维及沟通技巧
5.曾工作于与意大利相关公司工作经验者优先

SALARY薪资
Range 7000-12000 RMB. Salary will be evaluated according with candidate previous experiences and potential.
