Roval Brand Manager Responsibilities:
1. Create a comprehensive plan to build the Roval brand.
2. Working cross functionally to create sales, marketing, retail, and educational plans.
3. Conduct and carry out market research.
4. Lead Roval education internally and externally. Create content and conduct Dealer and Rider facing training programs.
5. Lead Roval sales nationally, working together with sales teams to drive success with dealers and at retail.
6. Drive Roval to be the most desired brand across key categories – Road, MTB, Tri.
7. Work with marketing and digital teams to ensure proper messaging and content for the Roval brand. Creating marketing plans to be carried out through digital, PR, retail and other channels.
8. Work with DP to ensure proper forecasting and supply of Roval.
9. Manage merchandising of Roval product line (product, price, supply, display).
10. Work with global teams to ensure up to date content as well as be a strong voice from the markets back to global on trends, needs, and future direction.
11. Research opportunities for potential new distribution.
Equipment Category Manager Responsibilities:
1. Manage EQ sales nationally.
2. Manage all EQ product lines – product selection, pricing, forecasting/sales programs.
3. Optimize SKU count to drive greater efficiencies in the EQ business.
4. Work with DP and sales team to ensure proper inventory levels.
5. Work cross functionally to create programs to drive the necessary change to hit EQ target.
6. Work with Tmall to optimize online merchandising to drive an increase in sales.
7. Work with dealers to manage their forecasts and inventory levels.
8. Conduct market research to inform the China and Global teams and provide a voice to the global team for EQ categories/products.
9. Create and conduct education internally, to dealers and riders that informs and drives sales.
10. Drive apparel (and EQ) buying meetings that inform and drive desired results.
11. Seek out new channels for select EQ/apparel items.
12. Crate and drive a new custom business.
13. Manage the order and design process for custom product.
14. Work within the current channels to expand custom opportunities.
15. Develop new channels for custom product.
Requirements:
1. Fluent English and Mandarin communication skills in written & oral.
2. Strong & effective communicator.
3. Know bicycle products & bike lover.
4. Understanding of the Chinese consumer required.
5. A pro-active personality with a strong sense of initiative, ownership.
6. A strong team player.
7. Possess the ability to establish and work within a cross-functional network.
