职位描述：
Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
? Implement the Global new design concept and develop local design elements for all key stores, taking care for both own retail and franchise key projects store opening.
? Ensure all global design & fit-out guidelines are followed, and maintain a high-quality store environment. Also, manage opening design timeline for all key stores, ensure no delays and avoid the risks from design perspective.

Key Responsibilities:
Design Management
? To design and open high quality retail stores that meet Global guidelines and are suited to the China market for both Own Retail and Franchise.
? Work with global counterpart on design development of new store formats, ensure the concepts are suited to the China market and deliver great brand experience to the local market. Work with local design agencies to develop creative design proposals for a Global approval.
? Take care the opening process & consider to squeeze the design lead time for all key projects, ensure the store development process be more efficient with high quality.
? Manage the special fixture design for key stores, ensure timely approval on each design steps, delivery and quality implementation.
? Managing a Global design comments on all new concept develop, feedback local market request to global CtC to on improvement for China market. Closely work & communicate to rest SD team, organize design training for technical assistance to own retail and franchise design roll-out. Create the design guidelines and manual for new concept and work with procurement on standard materials specification.
? Coordinate with Project team to ensure design and construction standards are met during the construction phase, follow the design drawings. Closely work with local purchasing to make sure all fixtures be well produced and ordered.
? Weekly meeting with a Global design team to fully align on design principle for all new concept and key stores.
People Management
? Provide systematic coaching and feedback to team member on daily operations to ensure high quality design & project execution.
? Continuously develop the team’s competencies to be ready for more challenging jobs.
? Makes sure team member be able to understand their job role and responsibility and provides proper guidance to secure the quality implementation in daily job.

Key Relationships
? Internal: SD team, PM team and Purchasing team, Retail team, Retail Marketing/ Sales/ Visual Merchandising/Franchise Operations
? External: PM firm, GC, Franchisee, Design Agency, Fixture Management Consultant, Logo/Lighting vendors, fixture supplier.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
? Ability to communicate confidently with internal team and external agencies
? Strong sense of responsibility
? Strong interior design knowledge
? Strong creative design capability
? Visual Merchandising skill is a plus
? Takes initiative, organized and results oriented

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
? Over 5 year retail design and project management experience, lighting design, retail construction, or related industry.
? BA degree or above in design related subject.
? Strong PC skills, proficient in Microsoft office, Photoshop & AutoCAD
