职位描述：
Roles and Responsibilities:

Control and Checks
1. Manage requirements on compliance, check and control raised by various authorized parties, such as Compliance of CCCL and CSTC, CCCL Finance, CBRC and PSB. Actions include communication point-of-contact, collecting details within CSIS team, compiling report and timely delivery to requesting parties.
2. Assist in the Manager’s Control Assessment (MCA) process. Actions include tracking the completeness and accuracy of MCA testing for local / regional batch and Annual Risk Assessment, compiling MCA reports for CSIS Country Head reviews.
3. Perform IA deliverable requests for their quarterly business monitoring
4. Handle the Third Party Management processes
5. Track and report the completion all trainings requirements to CSIS China
6. Assist CSIS mangers in tracking and completion of iCAP raised to CSIS China
7. Assist CSIS mangers to fulfill the ever increase in checks and control requirements from CSIS regional/global, local authorities and other check/control functions
Finance
1. Deliver monthly and other financial reports such as accrual, cash billing, variance explanation or others
2. Communicate finance and budget issues with CSIS ASAPC, Citi China finance and other functions as required
3. Conduct monthly proofing on project cost, repositioning reserve on branch projects and other tasks as required
4. Assist business in the finance or budget areas of branch calibration or other Citi China projects
5. Assist CSIS China Head on other finance or budget tasks as required
Others
1. Coordinate the requirements on Records Management such as inventory maintenance and annual filing clean up
2. Coordinate with CSIS ASPAC on the Denial of Access or other drills
3. Act as Information Security coordinator of CSIS China and track required training or other assigned tasks to CSIS China team

General requirements:

1. Tertiary educated.
2. At least three years of working experience in multinationals. Pervious exposures in finance or accounting fields would be an advantage
3. Capable to perform duties in English (written and spoken)
4. Efficient in using Microsoft office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) and quick pick-up on new internal systems
5. Good communication skill, in particular over email or phone
6. High in work efficiency, both on independent tasks or as a team player 举报 分享
