岗位职责：
This job holder will be mainly focused on Asia Pacific compensation & benefit project for serveral coutries to support quick business development
该岗位将主要关注亚太地区（非中国）的薪酬福利项目以支持业务的快速发展，
1. Coordinate and participate in annual salary survey, analyze internal and external data to give a competitiveness report
协调和参加年度薪酬调研，进行薪酬竞争力的内部和外部分析
2. Administer variable compensation schemes and benefit plans
管理浮动奖金计划和福利方案
3. Understand internal customer requirements to support/design compensation & benefits programs
了解内部业务的需求以支持和设计薪酬福利项目
4.Regional C&B projects supporting including but not limit to pre-analysis, preparation, implementation and follow-up
支持亚太的薪酬福利项目包括但不限于前期分析，项目准备以及后期跟进。

岗位要求：
1. Bachelor degree or above
大学本科及以上
2. Proficient English
英语流利
3. Open mind to study and sharing, integrity, good communication skills with internal customers and external suppliers, results oriented
