Report to: Supply Chain Manager

Job Function
Assist Asia Supply Chain Manager to supervise all stock related activities in Asia Distribution Center(Ningbo) and coordinate with 3PL to ensure all warehouse events or projects executed as request. Make sure best class of Service is provided to customers and strongest support to corporate internal department.

Job Description
？ Manage and monitor 3PL’s performance and conduct cost control.
？ Observe delivery and loading of containers in and out of warehouse.
？ Work with vendors to resolve inbound delivery problems.
？ Maintain & update logistics and inventory vendor database.
？ Collaborate with supply chain team in U.S. headquarter to resolve any issues of stock in warehouse.
？ Execute Monthly Cycle Count in Ningbo warehouse and make adjustment accurately and timely.
？ Report on inventory balances at any time, mostly at month end.
？ Lead Year end Wall to Wall stocktake and report result appropriately.
？ Supervise value added service projects in warehouse and ensure the quality of output
？ Cooperate with Financial Dept for the correct input and output
？ Ability to perform tasks to complete job as required, where not otherwise specified in this list.
？ Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by manager

Job Requirement
？ Person must be highly analytical, multi-task orientated, self-motivated and posses strong follow-through skills.
？ Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in warehouse supervision, preferably in retail industry for the Multiple process production
？ To be familiar with the WMS knowledge and skill.
？ Good understanding for the FIFO implementation and stock management
？ Language skills: CET 4 or above
？ Education: College degree or equivalent
？ Computer Skills: Proficiency on operation of Microsoft Office such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
