职责：
1.负责公司前台接待，会议安排，电话接转及记录相关信息。
2.收发传真，复印文档，管理公司网络、收发邮件及快递。
3.及时更新和管理花名册，员工通讯录地址等相关信息。
4.负责日常办公用品采购、发放、登记、统计办公设备及费用结算。
5.员工考勤系统维护、考勤统计及外出人员管理。
6.完成上级下达的其他工作。

要求：
1、品貌端庄，气质佳。
2、行政文秘等相关专业全日制大专以上学历,其余方面都符合可以考虑大专。
3、熟悉办公室行政管理知识及流程，熟练使用office办公软件及自动化设备，具备良好的文字功底。
4、工作细致、认真，待人热情耐心，有责任心及良好敬业精神，较强的沟通协调以及语言表达能力。
