职位描述：
Academic Manager

Job Responsibilities:
1. To plan, develop, and create teaching materials and educational resources.
2. To review all materials and edit as needed, making sure they meet the company’s student-centered teaching philosophies and methods.
3. To research and stay ahead of the latest education theories and practices.
4. To communicate with the team and other departments to understand and meet new needs.
5. To charge of training on curriculum and materials.
6. To ensure that all projects are completed on schedule.
7. To manage the Academic Department and set department standard.

Requirements:
1. Excellent English communication
2. At least 3 years teaching experience with international Complete Curriculum.
3.At least 1 year manager experience.
4.Have creative idea with teaching materials and resources develop.
5. Bachelor’s degree or above in Education or Linguistic majors or related majors.
6. Excellent computer skills including all Microsoft Office. Detail-oriented: A good eye for reviewing, editing, text layout and material design.
7. Good communication skills. Team spirit, passion and dedication. Self-initiative and a sense of responsibility.

学术研发部经理

工作职责：
1.研发、编写、创意课本、教具、教师资源及教学读本。
2.确保各学科教研方向及内容符合公司要求，研发成果具有可应用性。
3.带领团队掌握国际最新教育体系、理念及教学方法。
4.与团队及公司其他部门沟通了解新的研发需求。
5.负责关于所研发课程及教学材料的培训。
6.确保研发按公司要求的质量及进度完成。
7.管理学术研发团队，制定团队规范，严格执行公司相关规章制度。

岗位需求：
1.专业的英语沟通和运用能力，具有将英语作为工作语言使用的能力。
2.至少3年教学经验或者国际学校的理工科（或综合类学科）教学经验。（拥有海外教学经验者优先）
3.至少1年的团队管理经验。
4.具有研发课程的经验。
5.大学本科以上学位，拥有理工科高等教育及海外留学背景优先考虑
6.良好的电脑运用技能，具有精益求精的精神。
