1. Strategic Planning and Analysis
？ Co-manages OEM LED Lamps business portfolio and support strategic decisions by means of sound business analysis (bus. modeling, opportunity & risk assessments, scenario analysis, etc.) and an “outside in” focus.
？ Monitors the financial position of OEM LED Lamps product families.
？ Identifies risks and opportunities to current financial projections and takes corrective actions where needed (e.g., margin improvement).

2. Business and Financial Planning
？ Be final responsible for the effectiveness and development of business planning and strategic review processes and leads the financial and business planning process to ensure that these plans support the achievement of the strategic objectives and are produced based on accurate information within the specified time period.
？ Drives the translation of strategic objectives through MT into operation plans.
？ Evaluates realization through quarterly forecasting, monthly analyzing actual and setting corrective actions in conjuction with the MT.

3. Finance & Accounting
？ Final responsible for driving the adequate & timely execution of the Business Review Cycle: Strategy Review, AOP, Rolling Forecast and Actual.
？ Design, deployment and implementation of Business Control Framework;
？ Design, deployment and implementation of Value Add reporting.

4. Performance Measurement Information
？ Develops, initiates and monitors the accurate and timely preparation of financial and other management information in order to enable management to control the business.
？ Challenges the Team Leaders to reach the Strategic Business Goals.

5. Process Improvement
？ Aligns with the global responsible for the development, continuous optimization, availability and maintenance of Process and Tools aligned with the Business Processes & Quality standards.
