职位描述
Purchasing Agent:
Work content and job requirements:
1. Conscientiously implement the provisions of the company procurement management and implementation details, and strive to improve their own procurement business level;
2. Pay attention to professional ethics, strictly abide by the procurement discipline, and actively according to the procurement specifications and requirements for procurement work;
3. Be good at following purchasing 5R (the right supplier, the right quality, the right time, the right price, the appropriate number) management;
4. Be reasonable to the amount of time to complete the procurement of supply and demand indicators, and actively explore the supply market, compare the price of goods for at least three companies, choose the overall best goods from the companies, to complete the purchase at most cost reduction possible but not to sacrifice quality;
5. Responsible for signing a purchase contract with the supplier, supervise the normal implementation of the contract as scheduled, and urge the owed, return or claim money;
6. Strict procurement quality, select the sample for the leadership of the audit, the purchase of materials must be accompanied by a warranty or on the spot inspection. To assist the relevant departments to properly solve the problems arising from the procurement process;
7. Responsible for the acceptance of goods, transport warehousing, inventory and other procedures;
8. To collect first hand goods supply information, the company's procurement strategy, product structure adjustment and improvement, the new product development reference;
9. Fill out the relevant purchase form, submit the procurement analysis and summary report;
10. Responsible for reconciliation with the supplier and invoicing of the settlement;
11. To the interests of the company as the most important, do not ask for rebates, gifts of money turned over to the company, to comply with national laws, does not constitute an economic crime;
12. To complete the procurement department of the temporary task assigned by the leadership.
Experience:
1. Familiar with the operation process, understand the general financial cost control and cost accounting;
2. Procurement experience for more than a year, with office furniture procurement experience is preferred;
3. Good communication and coordination capacity;
4. College degree or above

采购员
工作内容与职责要求:
1、 认真贯彻执行公司采购管理规定和实施细则,努力提高自身采购业务水平;
2、 注重职业道德修养,严格遵守采购纪律,积极按采购的规范和要求进行采购工作;
3、 做好采购5R(合适的供应商、合适的品质、合适的时间、合适的价格、合适的数量)管理;
4、 按时按量按质完成采购供应计划指标,积极开拓货源市场,货(价)比三家,选择物美价平的货品,完成下达的降低采购购成本的责任指标;
5、负责与供货商签订采购购合同,督促合同正常如期的履行,并催讨所欠、退货或索赔款项;
6、 严把采购质量关,选择样品供领导审核定样,对购进物料均须附有质保书或当场(委托)检验。协助有关部门妥善解决使用过程中出现的问题;
7、 负责办理货品验收、运输入库、清点交接等手续;
8、 收集一线商品供货信息,对公司采购策略、产品结构调整改进,对新产品开发提出参考意见;
9、 填写有关采购表格,提交采购分析和总结报告;
10、负责与供货商对帐与开具发票的结算;
11、 做到以公司利益为重,不索取回扣,馈赠钱物上缴公司,遵守国家法律,不构成经济犯罪;
12、 完成采购部领导临时交办的其他任务。
经验要求:
1、 熟悉运作流程,懂得一般财务成本的控制及成本核算;
2、 采购经验一年以上,有办公家具采购经验者优先;
3、 有良好的勾通及协调能力;
4、 大专及以上学历。
