、安排提货和报关等事宜，有问题及时跟相关合作单位确认。
2、制作空运相关文件，负责录入应收应付费用。
3、及时查询/更新航班通知客人。
4、与客户和订舱口做费用确认。
5、单证及文件的整理和归档。
6、客户投诉、纠纷的处理及上级交办的其他相关工作。
任职要求：
1、为人诚实可靠、品行端正，责任心强，工作细心。
2、 具备基础的英文阅读及书写能力，熟悉电脑操作及办公软件的使用。
3、有良好的沟通能力，具有较强的服务意识和团队精神、独立工作能力，能承受一定的工作压力。
4、大专以上学历，可接受应届毕业生，如有1年以上工作经验者优先考虑。 举报 分享
